In System settings search for " Dallas" and ensure that it is enabled

Next search for "Hotcode". Place a Dallas key on the reader.

Click in the box so the cursor is flashing:

Now remove the Dallas key from the reader. The box should be filled with "%DALL000...."

Click update setting.
